Day Time Hourly Postpartum Support ($35/hour):
Personalized Newborn Care: Assistance with diapering, feeding, and soothing your baby.
Infant Sleep Support: Tips and techniques to help your baby establish healthy sleep patterns.
Breastfeeding Guidance: Support with latch, positioning, and addressing any challenges.
Light Housekeeping: Help with basic chores to allow you to focus on recovery and bonding.
Emotional Support: Encouragement and reassurance as you adjust to life with your newborn.
Note: A 2-hour minimum is required for day shift postpartum support.

Overnight Hourly Postpartum Support ($45/hour):
Newborn Care: Overnight assistance with diapering, feeding, and comforting your baby to help promote healthy sleep patterns.
Breastfeeding & Bottle-Feeding Support: Guidance on latch, positioning, and feeding, ensuring a restful night for both you and your baby.
Infant Soothing: Techniques to help calm and settle your baby, offering you some well-deserved rest.
Light Housekeeping: Tidying up around the home, including preparing bottles or washing pump parts, so you can focus on bonding and recovery.
Emotional Reassurance: A supportive presence during the night, helping you feel confident and comfortable as you navigate your postpartum experience.
Overnight postpartum support is designed to give you the rest you need while ensuring your baby receives the best care.
Note: A 4-hour minimum is required for night shift postpartum support.

As a Washington State certified birth doula, I am proud to accept Apple Health (Medicaid) insurance (2025 coverage is currently not available due to program delays), and I can work with HCA accounts and other insurance providers to help secure reimbursement for covered doula support services.
I also understand that financial flexibility is important, which is why I offer a variety of flexible payment options. Every family deserves the support of a doula, regardless of their economic background, and I’m committed to making birth support accessible to all.
